Delete your Veilo account

If you still have access to the Android app, use the in-app delete flow first. This page exists for cases where the app is unavailable. We review deletion requests as quickly as possible.

Fastest path: delete in the app

Open Veilo, go to Settings -> Account -> Delete account, and confirm the removal. The app will sign this device out of the current account and immediately create a fresh anonymous session for this installation.

What gets deleted

Deleting the current account removes the Veilo user profile, registered devices, connection history, subscription records, and reward history tied to that account.

What may remain temporarily

Veilo may retain a minimal installation-level daily quota record for the current day to enforce free-tier abuse protections. This helps prevent repeated delete-and-recreate cycles from resetting the free daily allowance immediately.

Submit a website deletion request

If you cannot access the app, submit the form below with the email address tied to your Veilo account. If the account is anonymous and has no email, contact support@veilovpn.net with as much context as possible.
