1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Veilo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Veilo is a virtual private network (VPN) application that provides encrypted network connections using WireGuard technology. The Service includes free and premium tiers with varying features, bandwidth limits, and server locations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Veilo, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Veilo only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity or to violate any applicable laws
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or abuse usage limits or quotas
- Attack, overload, or interfere with the Service infrastructure
- Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
5. Free Tier
The free tier provides limited daily bandwidth and access to designated free server locations. Free tier availability, bandwidth limits, and features may change at our discretion. Rewarded advertisements may be offered to earn bonus bandwidth.
6. Premium Services
Premium subscriptions, when available, are billed through the Google Play Store and subject to Google's terms. Premium features shown in the app before billing launches are previews only and do not create any purchase, subscription, or entitlement.
7. Account and Deletion
Veilo supports anonymous guest sessions and optional email account binding. You may delete your account at any time through the App (Settings -> Account -> Delete Account) or via our web form. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Blue Friday and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING CONNECTION SPEEDS, SERVER AVAILABILITY, OR SPECIFIC OUTCOMES FROM USING THE SERVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Friday is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Enforcement
If your use of the Service violates these Terms or harms the platform, we may suspend or terminate your access and take reasonable steps to protect the Service and other users.
12. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
